your coach, Alessandro de Vita Zublena

Born in 1967 in Val d'Aosta (Italy), Alessandro de Vita Zublena is an Executive coach and psychologist specializing in change management, with a degree in Psychology in 1992, an MA in Counselling Psychology in 1993, a Certification as Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming in 1997, a Trainer Certification in NLP from John Grinder (Co-creator of NLP) and Carmen Bostic St.Clair (Co-developer of New Code NLP) in 2005, a New Code Trainer Certification in NLP in 2006 (Grinder-Bostic St-Clair) and a Certification as International NLP Coach in 2007 (Grinder-Bostic St.Clair).

In 1997, he has established his own practice - now also reputable abroad - as a professional coach in Lausanne. Alessandro de Vita Zublena participates as "Privatdocent" for the University of Torino in Italy, in a course called "The coaching of Excellence" in the faculty of Psychology and Sports.

Ever since, he has spent much of his time giving people the strength to control their life and achieve high-level performance both with their company and in their private life.
So far, everyone who resorted to his services has managed to transform his/her life and achieve results he/she could have only dreamed about before.

Alessandro de Vita Zublena is a highly effective coach. He irresistibly leads you to performance peaks so that you eventually find out what "expanding the scope of your life" means. He is very ambitious when it comes to identifying challenging goals and results.

He is straightforward and unforgiving when it comes to excuses provided by coachees concerning the incapacity to achieve the work expected from them. He can be harsh with your ego when things must be said straight out. Conversations are efficient and facts-oriented, every single minute is intense and productive.

His methodology is successful because it quickly transforms parasitic behaviour into constructive attitudes that generate strength, performance, efficiency, freedom and time.

Work begins by totally demythifying the universal paradigm of "not having enough time" and by systematically challenging stereotypes according to which change always takes too much time and suffering. Most of all, he is so involved in the process that everyone is sure to achieve all the results expected.

At the end of the module, participants will experience the tremendous satisfaction generated by totally transforming their perception of daily events. They will no longer live, as they have so far, in a world made of barriers and problems that breed frustration and annoyances. On the contrary, they will rather act and think - feeling strong and serene - in a world made of infinite possibilities.
